I've started work on intergrating Phorum into symfony. It's working pretty well so far, but there's still work to do.

If you want to help out, please feel free to email me, my work so far is in SVN at http://svn.two-pebbles.com/sfPhorumPlugin/, and there's an example that's currently at http://garden.pookey.co.uk/frontend_dev.php/forum. There's a few todo items in the README file in the SVN repos if you do want to help out

Oooh this is interesting, as Phorum is our "forum" of choice.

Be quite cool to have an sfGuard mod for phorum too.

It actually works with sfGuard! It's flexible (I think) to worth with whatever user backend you use.

The main thing for me is if Phorum has an API to "connect" the forum to the rest of the site.

Comment	Enclosing asterisks marks text as bold (word), underscore are made via _word_. Standard emoticons like :-) and ;-) are converted to images.
