Clean Eating Challenge – Day 0


Tomorrow I start a ‘Clean Eating Challenge’.     It’s run by http://www.cleaneatingchallenge.co.uk/, and aims to help educate on how to eat, an area that’s always seemed like a bit of a mine field.  It’s an 8 week course and I intend to keep all of my notes on here, partly for my own records but perhaps some recipes or meal ideas might help others.

Breakfast

2 x poached eggs
50g of salmon
spinach
1 tomato

Lunch

1 x gluten free sausage
spinich
2 x tinned plum tomatoes

Snack

100g smoked salmon
1/2 large pink lady apple
2 handfuls of blueberrys

Dinner

5 x asparagus
mini roast veg (small amount of honey)
rump steak

roast courgette, carrot and parsnip
