One week in!
The second rest day of the week – yesterday I did my fitness testing that involved several one rep max lifts (1RM for short) so the muscles ache a bit and I feel I should rest.
Today there was lots of cooking – trying to prepare for the week. A ham was roasted, 4 chicken breasts cooked, and a beef stew made. A cheat meal for dinner too, far too much fat but it was very tasty!
Due to bad organisation, todays meals don’t have times against, I forgot when I had them
